Money-360 operates a commercial matching platform that connects business owners seeking business funding with independent, third-party financial consultants and funding experts. Money-360 is not a lender, credit broker, or financial advisor. We do not issue loans, make credit decisions, or guarantee funding approval.
3. User Representation & Obligations
When submitting information to find an expert or check potential funding scores, you represent that all business details, monthly/annual revenues, credit estimation ranges, and contact data are truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading data may result in termination of your access to the platform and matching network.
4. Interactions with Matching Experts
Matched funding experts operate independently. Any agreements, disclosures, advisory services, or contracts formed between you and a matched consultant are strictly private and direct. Money-360 is not a party to, and disclaims all liability arising from, your engagements with matches.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an 'as-is' basis. Money-360 does not warrant that matches will lead to successful financing or that expert recommendations will suit your specific business requirements. In no event shall Money-360 be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your platform usage.
6. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this URL, and your continued usage of the platform signifies acceptance of the amended terms.
